For catalog requests we also record your IP address, used only to prevent automated abuse of the form. We do not collect any other information.

This information is used solely to respond to your business enquiry — to understand what products you need, provide pricing and availability, and arrange export details. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

There is currently no fixed retention period — enquiries remain in our system until they are manually removed by our team. If you would like your enquiry data deleted, please contact us and we will remove it.

We do not sell, rent, or share the information you submit with any third party. It is only accessible to our own team for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
