Bonsai and bamboo are selected from our nursery and partner growers based on health, form, and export readiness.
Trees are shaped and matured over multiple seasons; bamboo products are handcrafted and treated for durability.
Every item is inspected for phytosanitary compliance and packaging quality before it leaves our facility.
We prepare phytosanitary certificates, packing lists, and all export documentation required by the destination country.
Products are carefully packed for international freight and shipped via our logistics partners to over 10 countries.
Our export department handles full-load containers (reefer and dry), part-loads in combined containers, airfreight, and smaller shipments. We are well versed in the special regulations of receiving countries, including health regulations, fumigation rules, and packing requirements.
All prices are F.O.B. (Free on Board) — including treatment, repotting (if needed), packing & materials, documents, handling, inland government charges, and inland transport in Indonesia. Payment is due before shipping, with bank remittance preferred.
